I know someone who works there.They cross contaminate everything.fish with beef with pork.Several people have gotten sick,and,i know of at least 2 lawsuits for food poisioning

4 Brothers Bistro is the new home of Collucci Brothers, an American style diner that *used* to server great homemade fare. They even won a throwdown with Bobby Flay of the Food Channel for their meatloaf, and they deserved it. In 2007 the diner was still open, the meatloaf was excellent and the food still all homemade. Now (2008) the diner has moved and is called the 4 Bros. Bistro. The meatloaf is tired, overcooked and dry. The potatoes are instant! They live for the two tour busses that arrive every day. Otherwise the restaurant is empty. No breakfast. They lost everything that made them special and worthwhile. We visited the restaurant twice this summer, thinking the first visit (Saturday, early evening) was just an off day. On the second visit (Tuesday, early evening) the meatloaf and the service was worse. They still tout their win against Bobby Flay. Flay needs to come out with a secret camera and embarrass them for what they have become. Rocco Collucci said about their first restaurant, ?If you can't have fun while you are putting in all those hours, you'd better find something else to do!" It seems as if their restaurant is no longer fun for the brothers and they have gone off to do something else.
